I think there is a bug when the Cundarian offspring have outgrown the nursery. When I went to visit them all their age buttons were greyed out and couldn't be selected. There was no 'Leave' button either. The buttons for the codex, inventory etc were greyed out too. I could access the menu, but the only way to undo the bug was to reload a previous save.
I haven't had this issue visiting any other offspring.
I've attached the save file from right before I encountered the bug.
