Fixed [0.9.124-PUBLIC#5894] Shalin Hunter Doesn't Exit Combat Properly (& More!)

Note: Hunter has special reactions to being Stunned or Paralyzed as counterplay for the fact he's always Flying. Stun/Paralyze wasn't expected to be a common counter to Flying in general.

2. Starts the fight Flying but doesn't have the Flying status icon.

3. If he successfully ambushes the PC, he does Shield damage, which is then regenerated before combat actually starts.

4. 'Amazon Press' lacks a tooltip.

5. Only 1 turn to deal with the illusions? If you don't have something that hits groups, it's a 1-in-4 to disrupt the Dive Bomb.

5. There were a few issues here that I untangled. The way the order randomization was being done could possibly give the "real" one multiple turns in a single round, but I also squeezed an extra round in so now there will always be a "dead" round before the payoff happens. There's also a REALLY trivial way to figure out which one is the real one right now that I'm kind of vibing with in a meta/representative way, I want to see what Fen thinks of it before I change it.

6. Yes, he has augmentations, but considering all the text explicitly refers only to these augmentations, and that they are explicitly used to dish out shocks of their own, I'm kind of fine handwaving it away as things like static shock just having no effect on them.

7. He did not have one configured, I shoved in some randomization based on the codex values.
