0.9.124-BACKER-ELECTRON#5879 Siegwulfe can no longer be re-bought

Players used to be able to buy a new Siegwulfe at Nerrasa's or Dr. Badger's shops, if they got rid/sold their previous ones. That is no longer the case.

Do you have a save file for testing?

The conditions for buying a Siegwulfe are as follows:

• Player Character is at level 6 or higher.
• Siegwulfe is not already onboard the ship.
• Siegwulfe item is not otherwise owned by Player Character (equipped accessory or in inventory/storage).
• Siegwulfe is not on cooldown after leaving (after being sold or dropped, there is a 24-hour cooldown period before becoming available).
