Not A Bug [0.9.120 Win] Female Zil not showing in codex encounters section

as the title says the female Zil is not appearing under encounters in the codex additionally the hostile female Zil doesn't seem to proc
tested on both public and backer version

How to reproduce: go to Mhen'ga and walk around in the wild area until you encounter a female Zil and then check the codex

There is most definitely a female zil entry in the enounter display, and I can encounter them just fine with a casual test. Post a save I guess and I'll try and investigate some more, but I'm pretty confident this is all working.

encountered the female Zil and she's not showing as encountered also note by hostile i mean the version that fights you if you try to leave. gonna get my bf to see if she shows as encountered for him

edit: he's not encountering the consent challenged female Zil either
