[0.9.120] Colenso still sells Lapinara prophylactics

I don't know if you guys have any plans to reintroduce the Lapinara encounters on Tarkus, but you probably should hide or remove the now-useless prophylactics in Colenso's menu.

Also, largely unrelated aside from also being on Tarkus—the "Avenger SMG" that Kattom sells on Tarkus is missing the "Bullet" damage flag which it should presumably have given that it is described as an SMG that deals kinetic damage.

You can turn them back on with the Cheat Menu. Though perhaps the prophylactic should also be toggled.
