[0.9.108-PUBLIC#5356] Tracer Rounds cannot be used with Zinga 16b rifle

It has the lust weapon only flag, which shouldn't (it deals burning damage too).

Zinga 16b is an Energy Weapon. Also lets you try with the XTR-8 Peer. It just spits out an error message and wastes 30 Energy and a turn.
Is the filter working? Most weapon abilities simply grey out the button if the weapon is incompatible.

It happens to Blood Frenzy too. Error message and turn + Energy wasted.
