I can confirm this, I currently have 4 different deflagrating touchs, 3 at level 9 and one at level 6 for some reason. I tried learning summon elder guardian, hypercranial combustion, and chains of perdition, in addition to deflagrating touch itself.
Below is a screenshot of multiple copies of Deflagrating Touch gained after studying all of Ynes' tattooed spells. Note that the Recharge property and the level are different for the Level 6 copy. Not all the gained copies of Deflagrating Touch are shown here; there are several more if I scroll to the right. The remaining 1 unread power is Illusory Ovulation, since I haven't looked at it yet on this save. Note also that the save is edited, as you can probably tell by the ridiculous number of electrum coins. If it helps, I've only modified my own character attributes, my EC count, and the flags related to KnotQuest so that I could get both Olivia and the corrupted lupines.
