[0.9.097] Urbolg gains the power of bilocation when angered

When Urbolg is in an angered state and his interaction button is supposed to be disabled, a second interaction button appears, allowing the player to talk with Ulborg anyway

This happens at least after the PB->Cookie scene and after angering him by asking for a shield twice
