[0.9.088-PUBLIC#4514] Kineticist Bugs: Many Abilities Don't Use psiWillpower etc.

If I'm reading the code right, Thermal Sunder won't Sunder a target that is Immune to Disarm or is Disarmed.
Is this intended?
It's damage is Willpower, not psiWillpower.

Entropy Waves isn't psiWillpower.
Debris Field isn't psiWillpower.
Deep Impact isn't psiWillpower.
Concussive Augmentation isn't psiWillpower.
Unresistible portion of Gravity Flux isn't psiWillpower.

Telekinetic Warrior base damage should probably be psiWillpower, and accuracy(?) should be bimboIntelligence.
I'm not sure if Third Eye Aim's setup already accounts for bimboIntelligence.

Debris Field may be activated again while active, unlike Entropy Waves.
Debris Field doesn't have an icon indicating it's active.

Entropy Waves icon tooltip doesn't display remaining duration.

Some enemies are missing a 'tallness'. What happens if Psychic Slam/Gravity Crush are used on them?

What of Thermal Sunder checking Disarm Immune instead of Sunder? That almost has to be a copy-paste error from Kinetic Burst (which does Disarm).
Edit: Is SunderImmune not A Thing? I kind of assumed it was...

Hopefully fixed for the next release. It was supposed to check for the Sundered status effect, so probably a copy-paste oversight. I also added checks for isSunderImmune, but only one enemy has sunder immunity, so it's not a very widespread condition.
