When the cousin shows up during belle exhibition experiment the text describes the opposite sex. For example I have Jill and while the image shows Jill the text describes Jack.

STR:
1. Once you load into the file below exit the ship
2. Go to belle lab
3. Experiment's > Exhibition

Ah, this one is on me. When I added the ability to swap the Rival's gender during character creation, it seems there wasn't a point where the genitals were properly reset. So if you swapped back and forth between genders for the rival, more cocks would be added to the character (and some other minor changes). Because the rival has a cock, it is assumed they are the male variant.

So hopefully this is fixed for the next release. Character creation should properly reset genitals before assigning the rest of the character traits for the rival. Loading a save file with an outdated rival character should reset their genitals to the proper arrangement matching their femininity level or name.
