[0.9.086] Ship purchase tooltips show current ship

When purchasing a ship, the tooltip will show the tooltip for the ship you currently own, not the one you're buying. If your current ship is the Casstech, this will be "It's been painted gold with black stripes. Looking at it again, you realize that you recognize this from some of your father's holo-pics...".

Yea, I noticed this when I was going through tooltip stuff for the next update, so this should be fixed, hopefully.
