[0.9.085] Steele forgets weapons at Gastigoth

When recruiting Sam and the scene switches to the ship, Steele just leaves their weapons with Brandt.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. Recruiting Sam should now properly rearm the player character before re-entering the ship.
