[0.9.082-PUBLIC#4205] Ship Stats Button

Back in Flash, Ships had a Stats button. It got disabled because it crashed. Now that the Ship conversion is done, I think the Ship Stats button should come back. At the Helm, at least.

I had recently re-enabled it with the updated equipment displays. It should hopefully appear in the next release.
