[0.9.082-PUBLIC#4205] Combat Tail vs Flying

If Steele can make Melee attacks vs a Flying target, it seems to me like the Combat Tail should be able to hit, too. Especially since it's described as being 'almost as long as you are tall'.

I think the intent was it to be an alternate melee attack. Simple melee attacks cannot reach if the attacker is on the ground and the target is flying.

I did update the conditions for the next release though. If both the attacker and target are on the ground, or if the attacker is flying, the attack will always hit. Otherwise, the attack will miss, being unable to reach the flying target (as intended).
