[0.9.081-PUBLIC#4166] Growing a cock using Twink-ease results in an extra half inch of length

As the title says. Using Twink-ease to grow a new cock results in a cock length 0.5 inches greater than intended (5.5 instead of 5 with no perks, 3.5 instead of 3 with mini, 7.5 instead of 7 with hung.) The intended values are from the wiki, and I double checked them in the old flash source code. I am using the browser version, and have attached a save file set up for easy verification.

5.5 is the "default" for creating a cock, so maybe something else weird is happening. You on latest?

edit2: ok , seems in my testing I hit the overdose, and the bug only happens if you don't. Proposing a fix for next that would fix this.
