I'm not sure if this is actually a bug, but it seems strange that Waiting for 5 minutes reduces Soreness by 1, exactly the same as Resting for 4 hours, and Sleeping for 7-8 hours restores 3 Soreness.
For comparison, waiting for 4 hours in 5-minute increments would restore 48 Soreness, while resting for 7 hours would restore 84.
