Save attached, taking a taxi and refusing Feruze leads to a broken combat scenario where the player isn't given the usual attack, shoot, inventory et cetera buttons. It seems like the normal Dhaal random encounter combats work fine. I futzed about a bit and was able to get the Event Whorizon event to trigger, and the same bug occurs in the Tentacle Garden combat.
