Okay, I've been noticing a strange glitch where the game thinks you're in a completely different place. I've been trying to find a way to consistently replicate it but can't. It has something to do with the appearance screen, where after you exit, the game thinks you're back at a recently visited location. I took some screen shots when it happens to help illustrate this:
This was taken at The Freezer (Bar) on the surface of Uveto, but is the interaction menu of the Tavros Elevator.
This is on the Sidewinder (PC's ship) but shows the interaction of the Uveto Space Elevator
Also on the PC's ship, but now the surface of Uveto with Kattom's interaction menu
This was on Dhaal, but shows the interaction for Kally's bar on Canadia Station (My PC just traveled to Dhaal from Canadia). Interestingly, I chose to interact with Kiro, and her Wingman scene (normally disabled on Canadia) was available:
Most if not all of these were after consulting with the codex in one form or another (I want to say the appearance option of the codex but can't be sure. the last one with Kiro was definitely because of the appearance page), and all referenced a place my PC had been just a while earlier. I'm including a save I made right after seeing Kally's Bar on Dhaal, if it helps.
