This should be fixed by some other fixes that were done. I'll leave this post open and ask that you post here if it still occurs after the next patch.

I'm still getting it after the patch, checked both public and backer builds. For me it specifically happens when the fight with the Juggernaught ends.

same, I also encountered this error as a smuggler on the latest version.

Also the reload button does not work!
