[0.9.019-Public] Can't aquire Goo armor shield increase

I fought the Janeira with the Goo armor in the inventory. After the fight, I get the event text where she upgrades the shields. However, the armor does not gain the 50 shields or the electric resistance.

My configuration was Exoskeleton with chest/ass/groin exposed. I had all other upgrades before the fight. I tried various other configuration, unequipping, letting her stay on the ship, reloading etc. nothing works.

The save is right before the Janeira fight.

I haven't looked at the save yet but the problem is usually that there are locations like the groin exposed. Uncustomize any exposed locations and it should apply the bonuses. Then you can customize it again as normal. You should not have to redo the fight, It should work if you do it with a post fight save as long as the goo armor was in the inventory during the fight.

I should mention, that I did the above stated reconfiguration after the fight. This time I removed all exposed areas.
