Selecting the "Bad" dialogue option in the epilogue of the Kiro & Kally Incest quest doesn't immediately remove Kiro from the bar, allowing you to potentially approach her again and have her react positively to your presence. Best I can tell she doesn't spawn again after you despawn her, but Kiro doesn't like to spawn for me at the best of times so I don't have perfect confidence. Save attached.
