After doing Kalysea's bonding ritual, the dialogue option remains available, and I can repeat the entire sequence. Repeating the sequence doesn't seem to change anything.
Additionally, I haven't noticed anything new in her content after doing the ritual. My character's appearance does mention the collar and womb tattoo, however.
EDIT: She does have new breakfast/lunch/dinner scenes, and Kiss scenes. And, of course, the Go For A Ride scene. Haven't noticed anything else new so far.
I'm playing on the Android version.
