Here's a list of mistakes I encountered when interacting with Zo:

First Equilibrium training:

[...] to lower herself center of gravity [...]

This should say "her" instead of "herself".


Second Equilibrium training:

But it's still a far sight better than how she performed on the log, and that's with a smaller surface area.

This sentence comes at the end of a paragraph explaining how great of a feat Zo just performed. I believe it makes sense for "she" to be replaced by "you", to make a comparison not between her and herself, but rather her and the Champion. (See attachment zo-equilibrium-two-you-png)

[...] is getting you farther then [...]

"Then" should be "than".

[...] maybe it's not about removing something you had and working with what you have left - it's about attaining something you don't.

My gut tells me that "don't" should be a different tense, because of "had". Furthermore, I think some form of "have" is required at the end of the sentence as well.
Possible rephrasing: "[...] it's about attaining something you didn't have [before/prior/earlier]".
There are of course numerous ways to write this sentence, but the way it currently is seems off.


Third Equilibrium training:

As your reward for having doing so well, [...]

"Doing" should be replaced by "done".


Second Tranquility training:

You aren't going to pretend what it is they do, [...]

A "to know" is missing between "pretend" and "what".

[...] the hair in your palm suddenly feels just a tough heavier.

"Tough" should say "touch".


Receiving a blowjob:

[...] from the way she slides into you to make herself comfortable against you, [...]

"Into" should be replaced by "onto", as the word "against" suggests.

[...] taking the entirety of your cock into your mouth [...]

The second "your" should be replaced by "her".


Anal sex:

"Focuses" should say "focused".
