The current champ I'm playing is pure female (i.e. no dick), yet when getting Doggystyled by Kas during the sex scene in the Palace of Ice (romantic path) with buttslut mode on, parts of the scene description act as if the champ were a male/dickgirl instead, with a couple references to 'your prostate', and at least one bit about 'your dick spurting across the sheets'.
