[0.8.4] Sanders missing quotation marks after Dog Days quest

When visiting the Hawkethorne chapel after completing the Dog Days questline with the help of Brother Sanders -- meaning after he had a stroll through the Old Woods with Hethia -- there are two instances of paragraphs not ending with a quotation mark when they should. Both can be seen in the attached image.

Yes. When a speaker’s words in dialogue extend to more than one paragraph, use an opening quotation mark at the beginning of each paragraph. Use a closing quotation mark, however, only at the end of the person’s speech, not at the end of every paragraph.

you do need quotation marks for a full paragraph of dialogue. however, if multiple full paragraphs of dialogue follow one another, you only put quotation marks at the beginning of every paragraph except the last one

Oh, I wasn't aware that that was the preferred way to write quotes. In that case, I did come across an instance of: "starting quotation marks, paragraph one, paragraph two, ending quotation mark", which would have had one too few quotation marks at the beginning of the second paragraph. Sadly, I don't remember where I came across this, so this isn't much help at all.
