[0.8.38] Lusamine overwrites Clementine

After Lusamine moves in to her new house, Clemetine's house seems inaccessible.

I fixed it for myself. So if coders need the info:

The problems lies in ClementineTile() and LusamineHomeBonus() -> both use 0 as position of the button without accounting the other exists.
Additional strange thing in LusamineHomeBonus() -> the Lusamine house description is there even before she confirms pregnancy or invites you there.
