0.8.35 Soulbound dialog option not appearing

When talking to Kas to try and unlock the achievement, the required dialog option doesn't appear despite having the Soulbound perk. State of the redemption quest doesn't appear to make a difference

I think they removed the option to tell her in the Ways Between and instead she finds out now at the end of the "Siege of Khor'minos"-questline.

Ahh, must have missed that patch note. Guess I've got a bit longer to go for the achievement then.
