Exactly what the title says. It's currently in the offhand slot with Chrysanthemum Petal in the main slot. I attached the save file, since i figured that may be easier to work with.
I kept messing around with this situation. turns out the Wraithslayer's dreamblade replaces whatever is in the offhand and doesn't leave the inventory. I managed to get it to overwrite the petal on this go around.
