Fixed [0.8.25] Keldoran's Song doesn't proc the White Blossom Ring

Here you can see the Hornet Ring and Heart of Oak firing off, but not the ring:

I also feel like pointing out the fact that it does damage, but the description doesn't show how much, or mention that it deals damage at all.
