(0.8.22) Kiyoko Kangen set breaks fight

When I get into a fight with the Slimefolk while Kiyoko has the Kangen set equipped, the battle breaks and offers to reload from a checkpoint, which brings me to the tile where the fight was initiated, or reset the game. the only time this has happened was in the Slimefolk fight, regardless of my other companions.
It happened to me while I was on the Microsoft Edge browser.
Console error message says "TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'cooldown')"

her kangen set has abilities that set enemy abilities on cooldown, but the slimes only have an at will ability
kiyokos abilities just need a failsafe to check if the target has anything that can be put on cooldown first before trying to execute it
