[0.8.2.3] Button 12/Right Stick Button causes game to crash

At any point in the game, when Button 12 (aka the Right Stick Button on an Xbox controller) is pressed, the game crashes and the user is presented with the screen shown in the screenshot. Everything freezes, and no other keys nor buttons on the screen can be pressed. I am using the Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS.

When I click the right-stick on my xbox controller it seems to work as expected, toggling the vibration. I've made a tweak that might fix it in your case so it at least doesn't crash, but I have no way to test it so you'll have to check after next release.
