Compiling typos and mistakes I find in the quest here.

Last line: "Open Archways connect to chambers south and south."
after the queen fight, fucking her 7th or 8th paragraph, end of third line: "Azyrran, who's now pushing fingers into her own cunt with far more enthusiasm before." feels like it's missing a "than" at the end
when cumming inside, second paragraph, first line: "The lurid clap on flesh-on-flesh is..." must be "clap of flesh-on-flesh" I suspect
