Usually when I go through Garret's chat options after rescuing him from Hethia, I ask him everything in the first row before going on to the second. This time I decided to ask him about his scar first. In his dialogue, he implies that Morwen is Anna's daughter.
But if you talk to him afterward about his friends, he refers to the two of them as sisters.
