Not A Bug [0.8.13] After Hive Rework Azzyrran cannot be given the dragon spear

After corrupt Azyrran got forced restored to me I wanted to check the spear with her since I haven't done that content at all only so see she doesn't have an option to do so.

Also here's a save before even going to the hive and picking her up, since she was corrupted on my save and all

It seems that this save either chose Evelyn when meeting Ashelander in her cave (and how you got to Quest State 4 [delivering Kaina's tea to Ashe]) OR you somehow reached state 4 without choosing, so the quest automatically chose; if Azyrran was recruited, flags.ASHE_SPEAR_CHOICE is 1, but if the PC learned of Evelyn's past, it would be a 2.

You can console command to change the flag to 1 if you want, but this doesn't seem to be a bug.

Well I assume that was the correct behaviour for my save when the corrupt hive was in, but considering now Azyrran is there and I never intended to give it to Evelyn in the first place ( which I would assume the point of no return would be telling her and going to the cave with her in tow ) surely this is an unintended consequence of restoring Azyrran back to a corrupted champ

The point of no return seems to be when you enter the dragon lair and are given the choice between Azyrran (if recruited) or Evelyn (if past revealed that she is a princess). Until such a time where any of the two become true, the choice will be automatically chosen to them.

Since, EVELYN_PAST is 1, that you either chose Evelyn upon entering the lair or it was set to her (by discovering her past) before you recruited Azyrran.

I would say this isn't a bug?

Hmm I guess that makes sense. I don't remember the quest all that well since I left it there all this time in hopes of a third option, I guess even then I would need to console command if that's the case. What would be the way to reset so neither option is taken at all

On the assumption from your Serena_1493 save, just move out of the dragon lair tile, change flags.ASHE_SPEAR_CHOICE = 1, and the lair should be open for Azyrran path.

Both options will become available, either entering the Lair directly with Azyrran, or Bring Evelyn through her options.
