[0.7.47] Gweyr flashback critical error

Trying to talk to Gweyr about why she was sent to walk the ice via 'Task'. Doesn't matter which option you pick in regards to hearing about what she was doing with Garth, the moment she becomes playable and you try to walk north, a critical error occurs. Reloading and retrying from checkpoint still cause the error to occur.

Tested the same save on the previous version .7.45 and i can take that first step so this new patch definitely broke something.
