As of now, the refractory rate of testes may be explosively increased by various means:

I was using Celise's Cock Feed repeatedly (which also increases hidden Ball Efficiency and Cum Multiplier), and soon came to the trouble.

My refractory rate hit 1200% soon, and then every rests, sleeps and flights became a blue ball torture, with sharp lust increase.

I found that it can be disastrous with Nuki Nuts perk: When you eat semen, the boosted semen production by Nuki anatomy makes explosion - soon every 2 minutes you are immobilized, forced open masturbation (I didn't check what happens with non-exhibitionist characters).
