One of the effects that can proc when the Champion uses Odd-Looking Salve is that they gain Repmorph horns... except they don't, because they're set to 0" by default. In order to actually gain horns, you have to use more of it and hope you get the "increase horn length" effect.

Could you elaborate on this more, if I currently understand it, you're trying to proc the Grow Repmorph Horns scene (which starts with "
You grunt as a stabbing pain makes itself known above your temples").
While it took a about 7-10 reloads, the scene did occur without having gone through the horn length increase tf.
Am I correct in this assumption of scene?
