Libido has been a tricky problem, effectively raising the difficulty as you proceed your path of joy. From CoC.
CoC already had very few libido loss options (contrary to the corruption), but in TiTS I can't find at all.
Of course I have my save editor as a last resort if I feel the battle and adventure have become too cumbersome, but...
Given the sex-crazed mood in the galaxy, it won't be so strange if there are some services for decreasing the libido (of course in return of some cost - monetary or not), not just blowing away some genitals from a suspicious mad scientist.
