Fixed [0.7.45]Appearance Screen Typo

for the pregnant belly part,not sure what stage of pregnancy but it looks like theres a typo "is big enough that a passersby might think you pregnant at a glance"
shouldnt the "you" be a "you're" or "you are"

This typo suggestion has been rejected as the "might think you pregnant at a glance" is a valid sentence, funny enough there is a typo "a passersby" which has now been fixed, hopefully to be added next patch, thanks.

This falls under a funny, this bug has been fixed, but not that one that was reported.
