After completing Matiha's Revenge with my character named Berwyn I found that the quest companion Berwyn hereto referred to as Wynne was not removed from my party. Further testing shows that Wynne only remains in the party if I either game over and retry or start from a save already in the dungeon and is otherwise removed properly as to be expected.

As a brief sidenote Wynne gains the Vaginally or Anally Filled status after having sex with them which seems weird as I'd honestly not expect the holdover companion to actually be associated with the actual npc and normally companions don't even get these traits.

For the most part this seems to work out fine, and opening the change party menu will remove Wynne. However after heading north and encountering Drifa if I choose to help or not either way once the encounter ends the player character is removed from existence. This holds true even if Wynne is removed from the party beforehand, but is avoided if Matiha's revenge is completed in one go and Wynne is properly removed.

Removing all companions and opening the character menu results in a predictable error.

Strangely after having experienced the previous bug this play session opening your inventory after sleeping, or visiting a shop will result in a similar error. This will not occur if you did not previously experience the 'isCompanion' error
