Maybe Fixed [0.7.37] Cone of Cold not inflicting Frigid on stun-immune

Using Cone of Cold (encounter power from "Rimescore") will not inflict any form of Frigid (normally 3 turns on success against magic resistance check, 1 turn on failed check) if the target is immune to the stun effect of Cone of Cold.

Hmm. I don't know if this is a bug or not, or if that's intended... Will ask. In the meantime, if you could post a screenshot of an example, that'd be great. Thank you!

Okay, a bit more testing, and things are even weirder than I thought they were.

Basically, all of the non-damaging effects of Cone of Cold are being dumped on the last creature hit with it. Lets say you attack a group of 4 with Cone of Cold. Two of them succeed the save, two fail. All four take damage. The last target gets hit with two stuns, two times single turns of frigid, and two times three turns of frigid for a grand total of a stun, all stuns after the first wiffing from stun immunity applied the first stun, and a metric fuckton of frigid on one enemy in particular. It's wild, man.

No, it's a good report! The fix for the "only targeting one character" issue hasn't been pulled into the code yet (fixed for AN upcoming release), and if you could keep an eye on whether this IS completely fixed in the next patch or so, that sincerely would be very helpful. Thank you for reporting!
