Kas romance route dropping the "this is as far as the quest goes" line despite everything. guessing someone forgot to get rid of it when draciaquest started happening.

Nope, this is correct. Dracia is a different quest, and the Khor'minos MSQ stuff is not part of In Her Footsteps at this stage.
