Enhancement 0.7.34 Rooh - KM Entry Token Bug

Something that isn't directly a bug, but might be a good feature enhancement to implement.

If you get a token at the main entrance to KM before talking to Rooh at the rear entrance, he says you can go in but then finishes by saying you need to see the captain at the main get for a token before he can let you in.

Yeah... known continuity issue. Can't get in that way for now (maybe ever), so that's where it is for now.
