[0.7.24] Atugia Date Not Appearing

I created a thread in questions and answers but now I'm feeling like I do have a bug so figured I'd post this. So I saved the Satyr's and the quest updated saying they didn't have information, but gave Atugia advice. I think the issue might have occured because I didn't have a renovated Wayfort at the time I finished up with the Satyr's so I told them to stay. I think I went into the Cloister to kill time for the Wayfort to finish and when I came back they immediately moved to the Wayfort. However when I checked Atugia, there was no option for a Date.

I've attached my save file.

If anyone knows a way to force the Date to proc, it would be appreciated.

I doubt it is a bug - you need to progress to Khor'minos - and have KM_ENTER flag.

That would explain a lot. Yes I haven't gotten there yet. I was wondering if it might be region locked after I posted this. Though I don't remember if the quest stated we need to be there or not.
