landing the attack and it proc'd the Blood Loss effect on the Stormcaller
She only takes the 6 damage from the initial hit being partially absorbed by her shield and has the Bleed effect applied
upon further testing, the Blood Loss effect is hitting the Champ instead of the enemy.
No I didn't accidentally KO myself fighting while testing the weapon :sweats:
