0.7.15 You Can Only Introduce One Companion at the Feast

You can only introduce one companion to King Kelsaz at the feast, even if you've brought both Etheryn and Arona. The option for introducing the other is grayed out after you introduce the first one.

I'm playing the downloaded version and no error shows up in the console when I access it with Ctrl-Shift-I

Bump for follow up - as of 0.7.22, the option is greyed out with the hover text "You've already introduced one of your companions". To confirm, does this mean only being able to introduce one companion at the feast is intended behavior?
