0.7.15 Crash When Using Item on Barricade in Abyssal Depths

This old bug is back. Game crashes when using Ley-crystal Grenades or Leananstone on the demon barricade in the Abyssal Depths dungeon for the Winter Wolf questline. I tested Naptha and Wyvern Venom and they're both working fine.
I'm using chrome Version 126.0.6478.128
