[0.69.420-PUBLIC#1732] Uveto elevator prompts inconsistent

I just arrived on Uveto and noticed this.

Entering the space lift on Uveto (from the bottom) gives the scene describing going up the elevator, then places you on the space station platform (expected)

Entering from the space station (from the top) first gives a prompt

"You find yourself inside the huge Uveto Station space elevator. Where do you want to get off at?" with two choices, up or down.

Down gives the scene describing you going down the elevator and places you at the bottom, and up gives the scene going up the elevator and places you at the top.

Is this intended?

Probably an oversight, a side effect of having the "Down" button enabled when it shouldn't be -- as pressing the "S.Elevator" button on the main panel instead automatically moves you all way down, as expected, and when going up from the surface the "Up" button isn't enabled.
