Not sure if a bug, but... fighting the pair of Venus Ziltraps in the cave, during Penny's recruitment quest,
given their massive HP pools and the sense results, it'd seem the intention for the player is to defeat them by Teasing (the -50% resistance)
However, every single teasing move against these two is resisted, rendering the fight practically unwinnable -- using regular weapons it'd take 15-20 rounds to bring just one of them with damage dealt at that stage of the game, while it takes them only 3-4 rounds to take out Penny with the lust attacks, after which it becomes a 1 vs 2-3 fight, one that's way too prolonged for even Atma Armor available at this point to shield you through.
edit: after couple more tries did manage to get through the fight (letting Penny get eaten while focusing damage on the other Ziltrap) For some reason this time the Atma Armor resisted the lust attack while on previous attempts it let a few too many of them through. I guess it's then down to RNG, or the encounter just tries to trick the player into going about it the wrong way really hard? :v
edit2: seems there's a small mistake with one of post-fight button descriptions, though:
and clicking that particular option causes a crash
