[0.69.420-BACKER#1058] Transit to deck 13 gets disabled after helping Anno in her quest

As per title. After helping out Anno (decided on helping the Nova Crew by giving cyber bodies), transit to deck 13 through the cargo elevator is not possible.
That pretty much blocks the player from obtaining the Grey Goo Armor.

Huh. Fixed. Several ways, actually. Technically you could access the elevator function on the topside. However, it was broken in a different way.
